Orders that are received by 4:00 p.m. - Pacific Standard Time (M-F) usually ship the same business day. Estimated delivery time is based on the shipping option you choose.
We offer UPS/FedEx Priority overnight, UPS/FedEx 2nd day delivery, UPS/FedEx Ground, USPS Priority.
My Shopping List is an easy way to create a personal list of items that you would like to purchase. This list is saved in your account so that you can quickly reorder items without having to search for them each time you shop. For further information on how to use My Shopping List you can log in to your account and click on My Shopping List, located in the top left corner.
The Quick Order Form allows you to quickly and conveniently add a selection of products to your shopping cart all at the same time. It negates the need to click through various product pages to find the items you would like to purchase and makes shopping for many items at once much faster. You can view the Quick Order Form here.

Items that are qualified for Free Shipping will have a red "Eligible for Free Shipping over $75" truck logo on their product page. If your order is qualified for Free Standard Shipping, the Free Standard Shipping promotion will be automatically applied to your shopping cart. Combining items that qualify for Free Shipping with regular items that do not qualify for Free Shipping will result in regular items being charged with standard shipping rates. *All packaged spices will automatically receive free shipping.

Upon receipt of your order, you will immediately get an e-mail confirmation. You should expect to get a second automated e-mail when your order ships. When available, this second e-mail will include a link to UPS/FedEx/USPS to track your order.
Yes we do, if your order contains more than 20 items and is over $1000, please contact us with your quote and one of our customer service will promptly get back to you.
SupplyVillage.com charges the appropriate state and/or local sales tax for any order shipped to the state of California.
Please register your account with SupplyVillage.com during your first order and please fax your reseller permit along with the California BOE Tax Exempt Form to 562-222-8232. We will remove the tax from your current and future orders placed with the same account.
There is no order minimum. We will ship any product you purchase from our website no matter how small the quantity.
In order to make things as cost efficient as possible, we currently only accept payment via four major credit cards and Paypal.

Since sellers are dependent on the United States Postal Service (USPS) for the majority of shipping on our site, SupplyVillage.com observes any holidays recognized by the USPS and those days are not included in shipping times. NOTE* We will be closed Saturday, December 22, 2012, through Tuesday, December 25, 2012, and Saturday, December 29, 2012, through Tuesday, January 1, 2013; so customer service and shipping services will be suspended until we reopen. All orders processed between December 22-25 will be shipped Wednesday, December 26th, 2012, and all orders processed between December 29-January 1, will be shipped Wednesday, January 2, 2013.
