Return Policy

Returns:

All non-consumable products (in new, unopened condition) offered by SupplyVillage.com can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of the day of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Due to safety concerns, and perishability, all consumable products may only be returned or exchanged for reasons related to damage or packaging breaches. Any damaged 'consumable' product can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of the day of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Please send an email to Sales@SupplyVillage.com or call our Customer Support toll-free at 800-985-9558 to request an RMA number.

For returns, your credit card will only be credited once we receive the returned merchandise. You will only receive credit for the dollar amount of the items, not including any original shipping costs. This pertains to all orders, even if your order was orignally qualified for Free Shipping.

Exchanges:

Exchanges can only be requested for undamaged, non-consumable products (in new, unopened condition). If you would like to exchange an item, please send an email to Sales@SupplyVillage.com or call our Customer Support toll-free at 800-985-9558 so that we can issue you an RMA number. An exchange will only be granted for a consumable product if it was damaged during shipping, in which case we will promply replace your item at no charge to you.

For exchanges, you will be charged for our exact return shipping costs, via the lowest cost shipping method or the method of your choice.


Damaged/Wrong or Missing Item:

Any items from your order that have been damaged by the shipping courier during transit or are defective upon arrival should be reported within 5 days of delivery. These items will be promptly exchanged for an identical, undamaged item. If the item is no longer in stock we will issue you full credit for the damaged item. If we have made a mistake in shipping you the wrong item or if there are missing items from your order, we will be sure to fix the mistake and have the correct items sent to you. We will also pay to pick up the wrong item from the shipping address you provided in your order. To report a damaged or defective item, please send an email to Sales@SupplyVillage.com or call our Customer Support toll-free at 800-985-9558.

Cancellations:

We try to ship all orders as quickly as possible. An order may be cancelled anytime before shipment, but if your order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel it. If you placed an order with us but would like to cancel for whatever reason, please send us an email to Sales@SupplyVillage.com or call us toll free at 800-985-9558. As long as your order has not been shipped, as soon as we receive your cancellation request, we will be able to postpone shipping until we can confirm the order cancellation with you and then cancel and refund your order. If you would like to cancel an order that has already shipped, you will need to obtain an RMA number and will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipments refused by the customer will be refunded minus the shipping charges incurred by SupplyVillage.com for both original and return shipment provided that all items arrive intact and in original condition. This holds true for all orders, even if your order was origially qualified for Free Shipping.

Return/Exchange Shipping Costs:

SupplyVillage.com is not responsible for the shipping costs for returned or exchanged items. Once we receive your returned items, you will receive full credit for the dollar amount of the returned items, not including any original shipping costs. This pertains to all orders, even if your order was orignally qualified for Free Shipping. Shipping charges incurred by SupplyVillage.com for order qualified for "Free Shipping" are non-refundable.

For the exchange of damaged 'consumable' items, SupplyVillage.com will assume the replacement shipping costs.
