"I absolutely love Supply Village and am SO grateful for Paul and his team! Ive been using them since the opening of our small business 2 years ago and Paul is so attentive and researched everything when I have a concern. Also this past week I needed bags for a huge event and Paul so kindly delayed his lunch just to get the order sent out for me the same day!!! As said before I pray Paul and their packaging team is very well taken care of (rise time) :) because they ROCK and make our demanding biz needs happen effortlessly! "I can't give enough praise to Supply Village and their representative Paul. If I could, I'd rate them 6 out of 5 stars. In a society where customer service is most times forgotten, they really set the standard and bring back those great values. Paul answered my voicemails and even called back to give me an update on my order. Their fast service and shipping allowed me to receive my mother's gift on time. I truly can't thank them enough. "I have had the best experience with Supply Village! Not only did they get back to me quickly, but they are so friendly and helpful! I spoke with Paul and he could not have been nicer. The cost of the supplies I needed was just under the amount to receive free shipping and he awarded free shipping to me anyways AND he shipped it out the same day. So awesome! He also threw in some extra samples of different packaging! Paul was as warm and friendly as the name of their company (which I love). I also find that their website is very easy to navigate and make purchases- not cluttered and difficult to find products and product prices etc, like many websites I came across in my search. I was so happy after speaking with Paul that I told a friend right after about Supply Village and how I had the best experience with them. Thank you Paul for being so helpful- for awesome customer service and for making my day!"
